About Linda M. Fritz-Gasteier

My practice has focused on all areas of family advocacy for 15 years, including divorce, child custody and visitation, domestic violence, and representing juveniles and parents in Children's Services cases. I also serve extensively as a Guardin ad Litem for children in private cutody matters, as well as abused, neglected and dependent children in foster care. I am one of the few local attorneys who have experience in advocacy for children with disabilities in educational and juvenile court matters.

In addition, my practice focuses on criminal defense, including all levels of felony and misdemeanor representation in both adult and juvenile courts.
