Mark's practice focuses on small businesses and business start-ups; business sales and purchases; contract preparation and review; limited liability company and corporate organization and representation; estate planning, wills and trusts; probate estate and trust administration; commercial and residential real estate sales and purchases, and representation of landlords; condominium and subdivision development, and owners' associations; and credit union law. Mark has experience as a corporate executive and in-house counsel. He is also licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
Mark was born and raised in the Sandusky area, which he calls home. He lives in Perkins Township with his wife and daughters.
